At Signify Travels India, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience for our users. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need a refund for your ride or services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be processed.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests are only applicable under the following circumstances:
- Service Failure: If we are unable to provide the service you booked (e.g., in case of system failure, unavailability of vehicles, or other operational issues), you may be eligible for a refund.
- Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same booking, a refund for the duplicate payment will be processed.
- Overcharge: If you are charged more than the agreed-upon fare or if there was an error in the pricing, we will issue a refund for the excess amount.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Rides Completed: Once a ride has been completed, no refund will be issued for the fare.
- User Cancellations: If you cancel a booking after the cancellation window or if cancellation fees apply as per the terms mentioned in the App, a refund will not be processed.
- Service Delays or Issues Beyond Control: Delays caused by external factors like traffic, weather conditions, or road closures are not eligible for a refund.
- No-Show or Missed Ride: If you fail to show up for your scheduled ride without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
3. Refund Process
- Requesting a Refund: If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team at support@signifytravel.com or call +91 9370054182. Ensure that you provide the booking details (e.g., ride ID, payment receipt, reason for the refund request) to facilitate quicker processing.
- Review and Processing: All refund requests will be reviewed by our team. If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to be processed, depending on the payment provider’s policies and the nature of the refund request.
4. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, a partial refund may be issued (e.g., in the event of a service disruption or overcharge). The amount refunded will be calculated based on the service delivered and the extent of the disruption or error.
5. Changes to Refund Policy
We may update or modify this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website or App. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
