5. User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
• Booking Fees: You are responsible for all fees associated with your ride bookings, including but not limited to base fare, surge pricing, taxes, and any additional charges.
• Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations while using the App, including traffic laws and local ordinances.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment Processing: All payments made through the App are processed securely using third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If there are significant changes to pricing, we will notify you in advance, and such changes will apply to bookings made after the notification.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your ride booking through the App, subject to the terms outlined in our cancellation policy. Please refer to the cancellation section in the App for information on cancellation fees and time frames.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signify Travels India will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or the services provided, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Signify Travels India, its affiliates, employees, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use or misuse of the App.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of third parties, including but not limited to intellectual property rights or privacy rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pune, India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, India.
